Come for fun, fellowship and worship on the mountain — Home Church Day at Laurel Ridge is Sunday May 5, 2024, 11:00 am-4:30 pm.
Please arrive between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to be ready for lunch at 1:00. If you arrive at 11:00, spend some time exploring the trails and visiting the overlooks, playing games, or spending an hour fishing.
Lunch will be a potluck! There will be folks available to help you get your dish to the dining hall, and we can use the refrigerator and stoves if things need to be kept cool or warm.
After our potluck lunch, you can hike, take boats out on the lake, play games, or just enjoy the chance to be together in this special place.
Our worship service will be at 3:00, followed by a closing Ice Cream Social.
Bring chairs to sit by the lake for worship, and bring your fishing gear if you want to fish. (Hot dogs are the preferred bait of the local fish.)
