Home Moravian values the children and youth of our church, and we are committed to building sustainable youth and children’s ministries that are going to have a deep impact.
That’s why we are developing a game plan together. Please plan to a listening session on Sept. 17, 18 or 19, and have your voice heard. Sign up by using one of the following methods:
There are specific slots for certain groups, but if you are unavailable to meet during the allotted time, please sign up at a time that is convenient for you and your family.
We have invited a consulting firm called Ministry Architects to visit us Sept. 17-20. Ministry Architects will meet with a variety of groups within the church through focused listening groups. We hope to see participation from a broad spectrum of parents, volunteers, staff and people who just love our young people. We want your insights, your frustrations and your dreams to be heard.
After spending two days in these listening groups, the Ministry Architects team will write a report, sharing with us what they’ve heard about the youth and children’s ministries – including assets, challenges, and how we compare to children’s ministries around the country –and where it seems that God might be taking us next. On Wednesday, September 20, as the Wednesday Night Fellowship program, the report will be presented to the congregation. We will hear specific recommendations and a blueprint for moving forward.
Your thoughts and opinions are important to us and the Ministry Architects' work.
