We are fortunate to live in a place where food grows well and in a wide variety. There’s nothing better than fresh veg and fruit right out of God’s ground. So, while it’s growing season in North Carolina, take advantage of all that fresh goodness our hard working farmers are providing for our nutrition and enjoyment. Here is a list of some of the Farmer’s Markets in the area as well as a link to some info on Community Supported Agriculture (CSAs). If you don’t know what a CSA is, you can read about it from the link. Enjoy your food this summer!
