Fall 2018: walking tour, revisiting Salem community, taverns, Candle Tea

Supper buffet begins at 5:45 p.m. The meal will be prepared by our talented HMC Chefs. The cost is $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children 12 and under. Members can use the form below to make reservations with the church office by 5 p.m. Monday. 

Members and guests are also welcome to come to only the program, which begins at 6:30 p.m.

Oct. 24: “Sow the Seeds/Ministry Architect Update,” Sow the Seeds Renovation Team

In September 2017, Ministry Architect consultants Stephanie Caro and Anthony Prince met with Home Moravian members in large and small groups. In the process, they formulated four “Pressure Points” and data formulation suggestions to encourage future success in sustainable ministry in HMC’s children’s and youth ministries. Where is the church in that process now?

Oct. 31: Reformation Day Service, Saal

It has been said that the Church is “always reforming” (semper reformanda). We might even say the same about ourselves. Join us for worship as we consider the various movements for reform within the church throughout its history.

We gather around the table for food and fellowship. In what ways does this gathering reflect the Kingdom of God?

Nov. 14: Diggs/Latham Fundraiser
Diggs/Latham is one of Home Moravian’s local partnerships. Come and celebrate the church/school connection.

Nov. 21: Week of Thanksgiving; WNF suspended

Nov. 28: HMC Night at Candle Tea
Before the Candle Tea opens to the public, Home Moravian members have an opportunity to enjoy the event. Children and youth choirs will lead singing in the Saal of the Sngle Brothers’ House.
